I am a Primary Care Research Analyst Co-op with a background in health information science, public health, and clinical medicine.
My previous experience spans data analytics, hospital administration, medical service quality improvement, and healthcare operations consulting. I’ve worked closely with clinicians, healthcare administrators, and policymakers to enhance care delivery through data-driven strategies. My passion lies in advancing healthcare service quality, improving provider experience, and optimizing system efficiency.
Originally from China, my roots in the ancient city of Shenyang fuel my curiosity and appreciation for both tradition and innovation. Today, I’m gratefully settled on the beautiful, traditional, ancestral, and unceded lands of the lək̓ʷəŋən Peoples, represented by the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing pickleball, scuba diving, and taking road trips with my family.
