I’m passionate about making systems more effective and accessible for everyone, especially in healthcare. I kicked off my career as a paralegal, but my journey took me through coordination roles in the non-profit sector and administrative investigations with the Ombudsperson of BC. Now, I’m diving into healthcare, fueled by my commitment to quality improvement and patient care. I love leveraging my skills in critical thinking, analysis, and facilitation to drive positive change.
Originally from Kosovo, my roots in the vibrant city of Pristina inspire my wanderlust! I’m always eager to travel and create memories with family and friends. For now, though, I’m happily settled on the beautiful, traditional, ancestral, and unceded lands of the Stólō people, particularly the Aitchelitz, Xwchíyò (Cheam), Kwaw-kwaw-a-pilt, Shxwhá, Skwah, Squiala, Soowahlie, Skowkale, Tzeachten, and Yakweakwioose First Nations.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me on a quest for the best espresso in town—seriously, my goal is to hit every coffee shop in the city!
