I am thankful to usually be on the shared lands of the Lekwungen Peoples. In my roles, I get to work with the whole ISU team across many of the workstreams. I am the director of ISU, an Associate Professor at UBC and also affiliate faculty at UVic Division of Medical Sciences, Computer Science, and Health Information Science, so part of my work is connecting. Outside of the ISU work, my other research is in health systems change and clinical information system design and adoption. I’m a family physician and I’ve been practicing, part time, in a Community Health Centre.
