Tlell Elviss (she/her) (MA) is the Administration and Communications Lead with the Innovation Support Unit in the Department of Family Practice. She lives and works from the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the K’ómoks First Nation. In 2021, she made a big career leap from a 15-year career in student affairs designing and developing policies, programs, and practices which facilitate student learning, into the healthcare space. She brought to the ISU her background in project management, organizational development, team development, and stakeholder engagement. She is interested in healthcare as a learning system and how we can create greater justice, equity and inclusion within healthcare.
